Pepper Ho Chi Minh Golden Cayenne
Ho Chi Minh cayenne pepper was brought to Minnesota by some Vietnamese immigrants in the 1980’s and given to Steven Schwen a local farmer. It ripens from green to a smooth yellow when ripe. The heat really develops once the peppers reach 9-12cm (4-5 in.) Use fresh or try drying and grinding for a lovely yellow chili powder. Up to 2 dozen peppers per plant. Full sun. 30,000 Scoville units. 68 days.
To maintain flowering and fruiting feed your plant with a complete soluble fertilizer like Evolves Organic Tomato Food and EVOLVES Calcium Plus.
