Tapered, thin-walled, 12-15cm (5-6") long fruits. Dries quickly to a bright crimson red. Early, high yielding and widely adapted hot pepper. String up with fishing line to make superb ristras. Spice up a pot of beans or sprinkle dried pepper into scrambled eggs for a Mexican breakfast.  Peppers love heat.
