Black Ruffle is a rich, chocolatey-purple tomato with ridged or "ruffled" edges. It makes for a stunning slicer or addition to salads, salsa or bruschetta. Plants begin producing ripe fruit a little later than most varieties but will then provide large harvests until the very end of the season. Good disease resistance and tolerant of cool conditions. Indeterminate and open pollinated.
