Ropreco is the perfect tomato for use for sauces, paste and canning. It is similar to a Roma tomato, but more tender and flavourful. The plants are small (roughly 3 feet in height) but extremely productive, typically offering a few huge harvests in mid-to-late season that can then be efficiently processed. Flourishes even in cool and/or windy climates with short growing seasons. Determinate and open-pollinated.
